comfortable room housekeeping service varied breakfast
the room was comfortable with great housekeeping services. the location was near the event i attended, which saved travel time. the morning breakfast offered a good variety of options.
I noticed a slight delay during check-in due to limited space at the front desk. It became a bit crowded when several guests arrived simultaneously though the staff were helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful . They addressed inquiries quickly. i appreciated the extra effort of the housekeeping team that maintained the room well, meeting my expectations.

The hotel provided convenient access to nearby restaurants and bars. It made dining easy. the car parking system was easy to use and reasonably priced. i found ample sockets in the room!

The breakfast offered a great selection. I also appreciated that the staff were amazingly friendly and cute upon arrival and departure.

the staff were always available. Parking onsite was convenient. The room featured a smart tv and a fridge. the location aided access to nearby venues.
the bathroom door didn't close properly, so it always swung back open i reported it on checkout

the location provided great access to local amenities, bars and restaurants were within easy reach the proximity to the arena made attending events simple the symphony hall was also superb and nearby.

hotel parking early check-in clean room useful amenities
i stayed one night after a symphony hall event. the hotel features its own convenient parking with direct lift access. staff were accommodating, allowing early check-in. the twelfth-floor room was clean and well-equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body moisturiser.
the bathroom door did not lock, a small inconvenience, but worth mentioning.

The location is AMAZING for accessing the Symphony Hall. My room was clean, and breakfast was included. On-site parking was also available.
The room I was assigned didn't have a shampoo dispenser in the shower.

clean room fresh towel excellent support breakfast option
the room was impeccably clean and well maintained. i found fresh towels and toiletries readily available! the bed was firm and provided excellent support, ensuring a restful night. the breakfast selection included hot and cold options that pleased me.
The ac ventilation made a slight hum. It faded into background noise but could bother light sleepers.
