the room was comfortable with great housekeeping services. the location was near the event i attended, which saved travel time. the morning breakfast offered a good variety of options.

I noticed a slight delay during check-in due to limited space at the front desk. It became a bit crowded when several guests arrived simultaneously though the staff were helpful.

i stayed one night after a symphony hall event. the hotel features its own convenient parking with direct lift access. staff were accommodating, allowing early check-in. the twelfth-floor room was clean and well-equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body moisturiser.

the bathroom door did not lock, a small inconvenience, but worth mentioning.
